CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Out of respect for our therapists and clients, if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, we will charge a $30 fee per guest.
We accept reservations, and your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. At the time of booking, we respectfully request your credit card information to secure your reservation. Providing your credit card serves as your commitment to pay for the reserved time.
If you are not satisfied with your therapist, please inform us within the first 20 minutes of your session, and we will gladly change your therapist when available or issue a refund. No refunds will be issued after 20 minutes of treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
