Out of respect for our therapists and clients, if you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.

We accept reservations but decline appointment requests. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. At the time of booking, we respectfully request your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation is a commitment to pay for the scheduled time.

If you are not satisfied with your therapist, please inform us within 20 minutes of your session and we’ll gladly change your therapist when available or issue a refund. There will be no refund after 20 minutes of treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
